I did the 160 bts-023 sports touring tire and have noticed 0 loss in handling, definitely go for it. im on 8000km and the tire is still fine. I left the front at 110 because I like the flicability in traffic with a smaller front tire though I might go with a 120 on the next tire change, The reason I even went with the 160 is because I had it for free and was selling a 300 so I took the 400 tire off and put it on the 300 and put the 160 on the 400 :) the 300 felt super sluggish with the 400's 150 rear which is weird since the 400 felt the exact same with the 160.

Unsure if this thread is still in use, but there weren't too many clear answers. I'm wanting to know if the N300 windscreens, Clutch Levers and Main Foot peg parts are compatible with the N400. I'v tried to search the internet but no luck on these specific parts, not really trying to change performance, more so just the styling of it lol. Thanks

No. Pretty much the only things that are compatible from the 300 are rear rotor, calipers, brake pads, rear sprocket carrier, rear sprocket, and potentially the front sprocket. Clutch lever can be made to work if you have the perch from the 300 as well. Brake lever might be compatible as is, not sure, but if not then it would work with the master cylinder. But why on earth would you want stock levers from a 300?? Just get nicer aftermarket ones if you're after styling

Maybe not the stocks, but if compatible, aftermarket levers that fit on the 300 could be mounted on the 400.

If you own both bikes for a while, you could swap the whole thing, lever and handlebar clamp, and then sell the 300 with 'upgraded brake lever'. Same thing with the clutch lever and clamp. :)

Ah gotcha, and I didn’t want stock I was seeing if aftermarket parts that fit the 300 would suit the 400 too. More so specifically the windscreen as they’re isn’t a huge variety for the 400 that I’ve been able to find.

can a ninja 300 radiator fit a ninja 400 or is at least compatible?
Because it is a completely different motor and frame I would say with near 100% confidence that no it wont fit as a straight swap. Is it compatible? Well If you managed to somehow mount it in there (cable ties lol) and got hoses the right length to plumb it up etc then your taking a huge gamble on the cooling capacity of the 300 radiator being up for the task of cooling an engine 100cc bigger. So again it steers towards a No.

Anyone know if the clutch switch (part no. 27010-0729) of Ninja 300 is compatible/interchangeable with 27010-0855 for Ninja 400? Also is the bolt holding the clutch lever 92154-0066 (Ninja 300) can be used for 400? (92154-3835). The Ninja 400 parts are not as commonly available as 300 parts on my local marketplace...

Have you done the 120/60 front and 160/60 rear?
Just got Q3s 120/60 and 160/60 done today...feels completely different and turn in quite well. Still haven't scrubbed them and only had a chance to ride them home...

Can I fit a 2019 ninja 400 front brake caliper on a 2017 N300?
