Will Ninja 300 front footpegs fit? - finding it difficult to find 400 footpegs

incorrect, i have had bigger tires on the 300, 1000, and old 250 and on the 300 it made it feel slow and less nible on the other 2 it felt a lot better on the 400 it feels wayyyy better than stock, feels nimble and light as a feather, deffinately recommend the 160 bt-023 it was actually recommended to me from a shop in thailand that work with the 400, they even made me the body kit for the 300

Is that bigger tire that feels better the same brand/model than the 140 you are comparing it to? Was the comparison made on a tire with lots of wear vs a new tire that you went up in size on?

Both brand new tires,infact the one that felt better was heavier touring tire so it really makes no sense but oh well it feels great lol

BRIDGESTONE 160/60 BT-023 tires on the 400 are amazing, looks huge but more important work great though the dunlops that come with the 400 suck on the ninja 300 for some reason :/

Have you done the 120/60 front and 160/60 rear?

If your asking about the rearset, no they wont fit. They are different sizes. New frame was made to house the beefier 400cc motor.

Like less than 200$ ? Most of the ones I see online are about 300€ (350$ approx) ...

Ninja 400 300 250 Parts Compatability

Lately while shopping for some new fancy levers I’ve come across a few items that are listed as fitting Ninja 250/300/400/650.

Can someone confirm the brake and clutch levers for the N300/N400 are the same?

One item I’m aware of is the rear sprocket. I know a rear sprocket from a N300 will fit the N400 (not sure about 250 but I assume).

Can anyone else with experience with these models confirm which parts are interchangeable between models?

Even something as small as an oil filter can help someone with their parts search. A lot of companies don’t even list the N400 in the pull down menus yet... (Race Tech!...:sad

FWIW I had a N300 before the N400. It takes the same oil filter, but I think the only compatible parts would be the levers, and foot pegs. Probably the mirrors as well.


Everything else including rear brake lever appears unique to the N400.

Good info on the oil filter...

The mirrors are definitely interchangeable. But the N300 mirrors are quite a bit shorter. I’m running the N300 mirrors myself...

Isn't compatible. I thought at £30 it was worth a try but sadly not. Hopefully someone will make an aftermarket alternative to the stock one soon I REALLY dont want tp spend £150 on one.

Front N400 is larger than the N300. I have a N300/N250 rear rotor that was milled out and was think about putting it on the N400 but N300 does not have the speed sensor part. I didn't put it on but it looked like it aligned correctly.

Pretty sure (without googling) that 400 front is 310mm vs 290mm on the 300.
