Just wondering if anybody will be upgrading and what differences would be. Would imagine the zx4r will be a monster at the track.
Judging by the 25r being basically the same as the 90s inline 4's, this will be similar. 65hp at the upper end.The official (US) kawasaki website has the model listed now. But they give no indication for the hp rating. It's weird how Kawasaki does not list hp for their bikes. I mean it's probably the most important spec (in addition to weight) that people would want to know.
I reckon they'll get that out of a race-rigged bike. Showroom very doubtful.@Grantman for us in the USA they're saying in the 79 range. time will tell when we get ours and get it on the dyno (multiple bikes)
I give this zero chance of making 76hp off the show room floor. Reviews suggesting 76hp make me chuckle tbh. It does create buzz and clicks though. Probably the same reviewers that reckoned the 25r would be 50hp+@Grantman of most of the well done reviews on this bike the claims is 76> and who in their right mind is gonna keep it stock anyways ! here in the southeast of the USA there won''t be many restrictions on this bike and a flash tune and pipe this bike will scream !!! time will tell as I keep saying !! let's get them 1st and the guys that are in the industry and will look to mod them up quickly will be giving lots of feedback (myself included)..... @sbk1198 the race is on partna !!
Buy 'em all and resell like a PS6 would at Christmas!I stopped by my favorite neighborhood Ninja store today. They have presold two ZX-4RRs and can sell up to six according to Kawi.
I'd say don't give people ideas, but you darn well know that someone has already put money down on at least one with the sole purpose of doing just that.Buy 'em all and resell like a PS6 would at Christmas!
Not a new one. Maybe second hand one day.@Grantman here's my Q, are you buying one?
