Don't be too hard on us old farts. Any day I can still throw a leg over my bike's seat.. without throwing out my back.. is a good day to ride. Old age will do that. But it's better than riding the Lazy-Boy in front of the tube all day.
:ROFLMAO:(y)
Actually, when I was like 19-21, I didn't own a car, just a Yamaha XS750, and I'd put a barn door sized "Silhouette" windshield on in winter. Before helmet laws in northern Kalifornia, (When men were men, 'n sheep ran scared.) I'd ride around smoking a cigar, 'n drinking beer. The bike had a cup holder, 'n the big @$$ windscreen kept a calm pocket, so the beer would not blow all over my face. Even young'ins need a windscreen. Anybody who rides in rain, appreciates a good windscreen. (y)

For anyone that is interested in raising the handle bars I found out the hard way that the max riser height possible is about 2 inches. Anything more than 2 inches will require a longer clutch cable and brake hose
To install this, do we need to raise the handlebars? The windscreen looks thin in the images. Does it hold fine at highway speeds? How do you like it having used it for more than a year now?
