I’m thinking sintered, but you can pull one of yours out and read on the back what it is.

 

I dont know but can I ask why you are wondering/up to?

Just want to know what kind to get when it's time. I do all my own maintenance (except for VCI/shim and tires)

 

Back of the stock pad has "Nissin" and "TOYOS20DHH" on the back side.
I assume the HH is a sintered pad?
Just installed Vesrah RJL pads on both 400s, huge upgrade in power and feel.

 

I put a set of RJL-XX pads on my Ninja 1000, and was impressed.
So impressed, I ordered a set of XX pads for my Concours, and regular RJLs for the 400s.
The brake pads on the C-14 only have about 1000 miles on them, and neither 400 needed pads.
The set for the Concours was the most expensive set of brake pads I have ever bought for a motorcycle.
I hope they make as much difference on it as they did with the three Ninjas.
