Rev Limiter on New Bikes?

The rev limiter is a function built into the ECU programming to stop people wrecking their engines by over-revving them.
It's not a physical thing that you remove and you wouldn't want to, it's there for a reason.
It should kick in around the 12,000RPM mark on the N400 but possibly not in top gear as you may not be able to reach those RPM's due to running out of the required horsepower to push the bike through the air any faster.
