For track use you really need an aftermarket rotor, better pads, and braided lines for the N400. Bare minimum, an aftermarket rotor.
I totally second this. I started off doing EBC and Galfer pads up front and did the SS Speigler lines. Also adjustable levers moved them out as far as I could, and bleed the crap out of the system, I am a huge fan of one finger super stiff lever.

It was better at the track and on the street for sure, but it was not until I upgraded to the Brembo supersport rotor that it was night and day; and my OE rotor was not warped at all or had any major wear or discoloration from what I could tell.
