Started prepping the Daytona 675 today. It is in really nice shape, and has some trick parts.
I'm going to clean out the fuel system, change the brake fluid, charge the battery, check wheel bearings, lube everything, etc.
N400 Akra exhausts and crashed bodywork from @sbk1198 bike are in the background of the shot, so maybe the mods will let this stay.
I put it here because track related, but move to other bikes if needed.

Pmack! Hey, just mssgd you re your 400 F fender. My other bike is a 2014 Triumph 675R! A Buell 1125R awaits re-homing since it is a lunky didappointing "racing tractor."

Used to race in the PNWest in Supertwins mostly in the 2nd pack (4th thru 8th place of a full grid ish?), enjoyed teaching the novice school. Trying to get back out there. Great bike(s) you've got there mate! Looks nicely kitted. Enjoy and good luck!

Cheers,
Dave

@Pmack are not running some grip tape on the tank?
Just curious because without it the tank gets quite slippery.
Nice ride and good luck with it. 🤙
I am IN LOVE with Tech Spec, and won't ride a bike w/o it. Prefer it to Stomp...too pokey. Gone so far as to put extra on the frame in a few occasional contact spots. Feels SO good, and relaxes the body effort of extraneous muscles too.

Yeah when laying in a deep curve on the track that grip on the tank keeps you stuck.
I run the TechSpec in the N400 and my VTR1000 as well.

I'm hoping they have some tank grips for the new 4RR coming soon only in clear as Indi t want to cover up the cool graphics but do need that grip. 😁
