Great info man, thanks! Your bike looks great! I’ll look at that seat, I like the look of that one. I’m not sure what a seat cowl for the pillion seat is, I’ll have to look that up and see. Imm pretty sure I’m going with the 300’s mirrors. That will solve my mirror issue. Overall, I’m still happy with what I got even though its not a powerhouse lol

Here are a couple shots of the Norton seat, if you’re looking to upgrade. One of the best mods I’ve installed. Went from being uncomfortable in just minutes to not wanting to get off my bike. Huge upgrade over stock.

That looks almost toooo cushy haha. I think I like the look of the Ergo seat a lil better since they both are better than stock I can't go wrong either way.

You really can’t go wrong upgrading the seat, unless you just toss a nest of barbed wire on it.

Also, I've seen some of the ninja's called "KRT" models. What exactly is KRT and how do I know if I have that?

It appears to be a livery/colorway with “Kawasaki Racing Team” decals. I believe these models, at least for 2022, also have an eco mode function on the dash.

Oh, ok. So maybe I have that then. My dash has an Eco thing on it when I'm just cruising it pops up. Looks like 3 bubbles in a triangle formation with one letter in each bubble that says ECO.

I think only the green Kawasaki colorway bikes are KRT Editions, using the racing team colors. Someone with way more experience on here will know for certain.

And no, I popped all that into my tail bag for the photo. I don’t ride with the tire tread or pressure gauges, but I’m also not taking long trips yet. The rest goes in my backpack or tail bag, depending on what I’m doing that day.

Your stock tool kit has the spanner tool for your rear shock. Its a tight fit under the rear fender but I've changed mine many times. You can buy a full mechanics manual with every detail about our bikes, about $100 but your bike should have the general manual, maybe its under your seat. Good luck on your new adventure, you're in for fun times ahead!

Does the bike need to be on a paddock stand to make the shock adjustment? Does it require much force to adjust?
