I need help guys I accident took the center bolt out to much trying to do alignment now we cant get the front forks to compress down to reattach the steering mount. How do I do this can't find a video

You will have to remove the fork cap bolts for both fork tubes. They should be 24mm in size.
Remove them slowly and once removed the forks should compress.

Just make sure they compress slowly or you will have oil spurting out if the top of the fork tubes.
Once done screw everything back and torque to spec.

Why are you doing it that way?? You need to support the front end with a pin stand under the bottom triple clamp whenever you're doing work on forks.

Leave the forks alone and raise the bike. A floor jack or creative strap and ladder technique seen on here recently would work. Be safe and learn from this to think about things first next time. We don’t want it to injure you.
