So I low sided last winter and grinded the front axle nut into the axle, and I'm wondering if anyone has any tips of on how to loosen it up. I have the replacement parts and would like to put on a new front tire, but I need to get the nut off first. Any suggestions are welcome.

My first attempt would be to use an impact. Like a good one, that's rated for over 700 lb-ft of torque. You'll probably have to hold the other side with a wrench or have someone else do it. Hopefully that will deform the nut and threads enough to get it off.

If that doesn't work, then I would cut off the end of it with a dremel or a grinder. Cut through where the hex part of the nut starts, since the damage is only at the last few mm.

 Why can't you take the nut off? If it is turning the axel and you can't hold the other side, use a nut splitter or chizle to cut or split the nut, or a grinder to grind part of the nut, be very careful where you are sending the sparks, does not look that bad to me, ..
