Noobish questions:

Are the stock bars not considered true clip ons?

And can the stock ones be adjusted?

In some turns I'm pulling the bar with my outside arm, rather than pushing with my inside arm. I feel like if I could adjust the bars to angle more towards the tank I'd have more leverage with which to corner.
