I purchased this bike from a guy whose girlfriend dumped the bike and damaged the fairing. I purchased a donor bike with a good fairing, front fender, gas tank, side covers, rear cowl. and installed them on the low mileage bike (<5k miles). It presently has 18k miles. I rode it regularly until a friend from work had planned to ride with me one Saturday, but his bike was not running well and he borrowed my yellow bike and then dumped it into a cinder block wall. He gave me his red and black ex250 to compensate me for the damages. I purchased another donor yellow bike recently to revive the damaged bike my friend dumped. I am in process of accent painting and restoring it with good parts.
